Your Personal Data: Your crisis safety plan, daily check-in streak, mood analytics, and journal entries are kept strictly private. Only you can access this information - it's designed as your personal toolkit for mental wellbeing.

Safety Monitoring: For your safety and the protection of our community, all community posts, replies, and direct messages are automatically monitored for concerning content related to self-harm, suicide, and other crisis situations. If such content is detected, our admin team will be alerted and may reach out to offer support and resources. This monitoring helps us ensure the wellbeing of all users and fulfills our duty of care.

How do daily check-ins work?

Check-ins let you track your mood and reflect on your day. You can complete one check-in per day, and view your history to see patterns over time.
